Fares are non-refundable unless:
- Within 24 hours of purchase: All tickets may be canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours after the time of purchase (Note: Tickets purchased within 7 days of travel will be held as credit, subject to a cancellation fee). You can request a refund by logging into My Trip.
- You purchased the WORKS℠: If you purchased the WORKS℠ with your ticket, refundability is included. Visit Flyfrontier.com and retain the value of your purchase for use within one year of the transaction date. To request a refund, please fill out our Online Refund Request Form. Tickets must be canceled prior to flight departure in order to retain their value. Failure to show for any flight or cancel a ticket prior to any ticketed flight departure will will result in the application of a service charge in an amount equal to the value attributable to the no-show portion of the itinerary.
- No-Show Cancellation: Failure to show will result in a refund of the fare, fees, and taxes attributable to the no-show portion of the itinerary, and the application of a service charge in an amount equal to the refunded amount.
Was your flight canceled by Frontier? We’ll provide a refund for a canceled flight if you do not travel on the protection options we offer. This refund will be for your fare, as well as any optional services paid for the flights you do not take, including seat assignments and baggage.
