Within 24 hours of purchase: All tickets may be canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours after the time of purchase (Note: Tickets purchased within 7 days of travel will be held as credit and are subject to the $99 cancellation fee). You can request a refund on your Manage My Booking page by logging into My Trips.
Beyond 24 hours from purchase: If it has been more than 24 hours since you purchased your ticket and you need to cancel your flight, if it is 90+ days prior to departure, you will incur no costs to do so. If you need to cancel your flight 89 to 14 days prior to departure, you will incur a reduced fee of $49 per passenger to do so. If you need to cancel your flight less than 13 days prior to departure, you will incur the normal fee of $99 per passenger. Your ticket will retain its value for 90 days. The value of your ticket may be applied toward the purchase of a future ticket. To cancel your booking, go to your Manage My Booking page through logging into My Trips or call Frontier Reservations at 801-401-9000.

Note: Tickets must be canceled prior to flight departure in order to retain their value. Failure to show for any flight or cancel a ticket prior to any ticketed flight departure will forfeit the remaining value of the ticket.
