Yes — you can cancel your reservation online or in the Frontier mobile app. Cancel before your flight departs to avoid losing the value of your ticket.
For bookings made on or before June 4, 2026, customers will pay a $99 cancellation fee per passenger, per direction.
For bookings made on or after June 5, 2026, customers will pay a $129 cancellation fee.
If the fee exceeds the ticket value, no credit is retained. However there's no fee if you:
• Purchased an Economy, Premium, or Business, or bundle
• Purchased an Economy Fare or Bizfare
• Are an Elite member canceling 7+ days before departure
Cancelled trips become travel credit (minus any fees). You may also qualify for a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking and your flight is scheduled 7+ days away. Diamond Elite members can cancel up to 24 hours before departure for a refund.
On the website:
• Go to the Frontier Airlines website
• Hover over My Trips and Travel Info and select Manage Trip
• Enter your Last Name and Confirmation Code
• Select Cancel Booking and follow the prompts
In the mobile app:
• Go to My Trips
• Tap Manage My Booking for the flight you want to change
• Select the Cancel Flight option at the bottom of the screen
• Follow the prompts to complete your cancellation
