My voucher isn't working, what do I do?

If your voucher isn’t applying, here are a few things to check:

•  Most vouchers and credits are valid for 90 days from the date issued
•  Travel must be booked (not completed) before the expiration date
•  Some vouchers are one-time use and won’t retain a remaining balance
•  Vouchers are non-transferable and must be used by the person they were issued to
