Refund to original form of payment is only available if:
Refund within 24 Hours of Booking: You cancel within 24 hours of booking and your flight is 7 or more days away. It is fastest and easiest to process this type of cancellation on the Frontier mobile app or on FlyFrontier.com.
Flight Cancellation or Significant Schedule Change: You didn’t take your Frontier flight which experienced a cancellation or significant schedule change or delay (greater than 3 hours for domestic flights, or greater than 6 hours for international flights), or didn’t receive a service you paid for. Refunds apply only if you did not take a rebooked flight (in the case of a cancellation), did not travel on the delayed or rescheduled flight, and did not choose to receive a travel credit instead of a refund to the original form of payment. It is fastest to rebook or to receive a refund by using our portal.
Refunds for Death of a Ticketed Customer: Refunds are available in the unfortunate event of the death of a ticketed customer. Apply for a refund here.
Diamond Elite Members: Diamond Elite members may be eligible for a refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before departure.
