Can I get a refund if I cancel my flight?

It depends on the reason for cancellation:

• Get a full refund to your original form of payment if you:  

 - Cancel within 24 hours of booking and your flight is scheduled 7+ days away

•  Purchased an Economy, Premium, or Business bundle

•  Purchased an Economy Fare or Bizfare

•  Are an Elite member canceling 7+ days before departure

• If you don’t cancel and don’t show up, your ticket and associated fees are forfeited

• May qualify for a refund if canceling at least 24 hours before departure

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used for the affected reservation.
