If you haven’t received your booking confirmation, don’t worry — here are a few steps to help you locate it:

• Check your spam or junk folder in case the email was filtered there
• If you find a Frontier email in spam, mark it as “Not Spam”
• Search your inbox for: flights@emails.flyfrontier.com
• Also check for messages from: no-reply@flyfrontier.com
• Add both addresses to your contacts to help future emails reach your inbox
• You can also set a filter to ensure emails from Frontier are never sent to spam
