How do I get FRONTIER Miles credit for a flight I've already taken?

If you’ve flown on an eligible Frontier Airlines flight within the last 180 days but didn’t add your FRONTIER Miles account number at booking, don’t worry—you can still earn miles for those flights!

How to Request Miles for Past Flights 

1. Check your account first. Log in to your FRONTIER Miles account to see if your miles for recent flights have posted. Please allow up to 3 business days from your flight date for miles to appear.

2. Add missing flights. If miles aren’t posted after 3 days, enter your flight confirmation code in the “Add Trips” box on your profile page. Enter your 6-digit confirmation code.  

3. Match your ticket name with your account. To receive credit, the ticket name must exactly match the name on your FRONTIER Miles account. 

4. Processing time. Once added, miles will post to your account within 24-48 business hours. 

Important Information: 

The following tickets do not qualify for earning miles: 

  • Award or free tickets of any kind 
  • Tickets under trade/barter agreements with Frontier 
  • Refunded, forfeited, or unused tickets 
  • Charter flights 
  • Pass travel (airline employees and industry passes) 
  • Agency and staff discount tickets 
  • Tickets for extra seats for baggage, pets, or extra space 

Tips to Earn Miles on Future Trips 

  • Provide your FRONTIER Miles account number when booking or at check-in to automatically earn miles.
  • Use your FRONTIER Miles number with Program Partners to earn additional miles. 

How to Add Miles Retroactively 

  • You must be a registered FRONTIER Miles member to add miles after travel.
  • Log in to your account on Flyfrontier.com or using Frontier Mobile App to add your missing flights. 

If you are on Flyfrontier.com:

  1. Retrieve your reservation and manage your booking by logging into My Trip.
  2. Select Change Name Details.  Enter your FRONTIER Miles number and select Continue.
  3. Review the changes, select Confirm Changes and you're all done!

If you are on the Frontier Mobile App: 

  1. Retrieve your reservation by looking up your trip under 'My Trips' 
  2. On the Manage My Booking page, select the Passenger Card
  3. Enter Your FRONTIER Miles Number and Select Continue
  4. You are all done!
