Yes , but only certain types of oxygen equipment are allowed.
- Compressed liquefied oxygen tanks are not permitted on board or in checked baggage.
- Portable Oxygen Concentrators (POCs) that are approved by the FAA are allowed and may be used during the flight.
- POCs and other respiratory devices do not count toward your personal item limit and may be brought on board free of charge.
