    Vouchers are non-transferrable and may only be redeemed in the name of the passenger to whom it was issued.  The name on the new reservation must match the voucher exactly.
  5. I did not get to use the entire amount of my voucher on my previous reservation. I want to use the remaining value on a new booking.

    When Frontier provides a voucher for future travel, the voucher is available for one-time use. Any funds not applied at the time of booking, would not carry over for use with additional bookings.
  6. Will I get my voucher back if my flight is cancelled?

    If your reservation has been affected with a cancellation or significant change initiated by the airline, then a voucher can be reissued with a new 90-day validity period.
  7. Can I get a refund on a voucher if I cancel my reservation voluntarily?

    When travel is voluntarily cancelled, funds remaining after any applicable fees will revert to the form of payment associated with the booking.  If a voucher is used to book travel, the funds would be provided back in the form of a voucher.
